We recommend contacting different suppliers and ask for samples and quotes.

If the graduation is around May, June, we advise you to place your order between December and February

Start contacting suppliers in October – November, most of the suppliers offer free samples and provide quotes within 48h.

For large orders (more than 300 caps and gowns or custom items), the sooner that you can order is better.

Suppliers start preparing for the graduation season in December so you can even get better pricing by ordering at this time.
